The MPhil in Education is a postgraduate research-based program designed to deepen knowledge and understanding of educational theories, practices, and policies. The curriculum covers topics such as educational psychology, curriculum development, educational leadership, and research methodology. Students engage in independent research, focusing on educational issues, challenges, and innovations, and contribute original insights to the field. This program equips graduates with the skills needed to influence educational practice, conduct scholarly research, and contribute to policy development. Program Outcomes:

After completion of M.Phil program, the scholar will be able to:

Apply different theories of Education practically.

Identify and rectify different Social & Educational problems.

Contribute for the enhancement of moral, social, religious, cultural and ideological values.

Practice the administrative and managerial skills in educational organizations.

Eligibility

  • Candidates having 16 years of education (BS Education/B.Ed 1.5/M.A Education /M.Ed /MA EPM etc.) with 2.00 CGPA on the scale of 4.00 in semester system or at least 50% marks in annual system from any recognized institute/university are eligible to apply.
  • Applicants need to pass GRE/ HAT/ SU-GAT (General) to be conducted by NTS/ETEA or any Registered Testing Agency or University, with at least 50% cumulative score and to clear departmental interview at the time of admission.

  • Obtain the Admission Form from the Admission Office.
  • Carefully and accurately complete all sections of the Admission Form.
  • Attach all the required documents and submit the form at the Admission Office.

  4. Browse through the available programs and select the one you wish to apply for.
  5. Fill in your personal details accurately.
  6. Provide all necessary educational information.
  7. Upload clear and readable copies of the required documents.
  8. Download and print the Admission Processing Fee Challan.
  9. Submit the fee at your nearest JS Bank Branch (branch details are available on the portal).
  10. Upload a copy of the paid fee receipt to the portal.
  11. Carefully preview all the entered information and documents.
  12. Submit your application once you are sure everything is correct.
