What is the criterion of online form submission?
Visit the website: form.suit.edu.pk.
Sign up on the Online Admission Portal by providing the required information.
Sign in to your account using the credentials you created during sign-up.
Browse through the available programs and select the one you wish to apply for.
Fill in your personal details accurately.
Provide all necessary educational information.
Upload clear and readable copies of the required documents.
Download and print the Admission Processing Fee Challan.
Submit the fee at your nearest JS Bank Branch (branch details are available on the portal).
Upload a copy of the paid fee receipt to the portal.
Carefully preview all the entered information and documents.
Submit your application once you are sure everything is correct.
What is the criterion of in-person/Physical form submission?
To submit the form in person kindly visit the admission office along with the following documents (2 set of documents photocopy, and Original Documents for Verification):
Matric DMC and Certificate (from the relevant Board)
Intermediate DMC and Certificate (from the relevant Board)
Bachelors DMC and Certificate (from the relevant Board)
Masters DMC and Certificate (from the relevant Board)
Student Domicile
What is the registration criterion for SU-GAT (General)?
For in Person Registration:
Visit the admission office along with a photocopy of your CNIC and a photograph.
Fill in the registration form and submit the registration fee i-e Rs. 1300.
For Online Registration:
Download the GAT Registration form from: https:/www.suit.edu.pk/#/Downloads
Print and dully fill in the Registration Form.
Registration Fee of RS. 1300/- shall be paid online through:
Bank Name: Allied Bank
Account Title: Prospectus Income
Account number: 0010002165820051
After the fee payment, dully filled in registration form along with the receipt of the fee, a copy of Applicant CNIC and a photograph is to be sent to the University through any courier service (Address: Admission Office, Sarhad University of Science & IT, Peshawar, Contact no. 091-5230937-38-39-40).
Incomplete forms shall not be entertained.
Will I receive confirmation once the application process is complete? Will there be notifications?
You will receive a confirmation via text message on the provided contact number. Or you must check your student portal for confirmation.
Is KMU test mandatory for the BS Nursing Program?
No, Sarhad University conducts its own entry test for BS Nursing Program.
Is KMU test mandatory for Allied Health Sciences programs?
No, KMU test is not required for admission to Allied Health Sciences Programs.
Which council your programs are registered/accredited with?
Allied Health Sciences Programs are Recognized by Allied Health Professionals Council.
Pharm-D Program is recognized by the Pharmacy Council of Pakistan.
Nursing Program is recognized by the Pakistan Nursing & Midwifery Council (PNMC).
Civil, Electrical & Mechanical Engineering Programs are accredited by the Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC).
Computer Science and Software Engineering Programs are accredited by the National Computing Education Accreditation Council (NCEAC).
Business Administration Program is accredited by the National Business Education Accreditation Council (NBEAC).
Education Programs are accredited by the National Accreditation Council for Teacher Education (NACTE).
Engineering Technology Programs are accredited by the National Technology Council (NTC).
Is SUIT Affiliated to another University for award of Degree?
Sarhad University is itself a Chartered University and does not require any affiliation with any other Institute/University.
Can we pay the fee in installments?
Yes you can pay your tuition fee in Two Installments at the time of admission.
Do you have Transport Facility?
Yes we have the transport facility for students.
Do you have hostel accommodation male/female?
No, we do not have an internal hostel facility.
Are there any specific quotas in admission?
There are no quotas.
Do I have to send my transcript translated if it is not in English?
Yes, academic records from international universities if not in English must be accompanied by an official English translation along with other supporting documents
Can the Admissions Office return my application documents to me?
Documents submitted to the Admissions Office cannot be returned as they are for administrative purposes.
Is it possible to transfer credits from another university to Sarhad University?
Yes, Sarhad University accepts transfer students from accredited institutions at the undergraduate level. Applicants interested in transfer to the SUIT Undergraduate Programs should be enrolled in an undergraduate Program in an HEC recognized Institute/University. Transfer is offered twice a year before the Fall and Spring semesters respectively.
