The Bachelor of Science in Sports Science & Physical Education is a four-year degree program that combines scientific principles with practical training to enhance physical performance, health, and well-being. The curriculum includes exercise physiology, biomechanics, sports psychology, kinesiology, coaching, nutrition, and health education. Students gain hands-on experience through fitness assessments, training programs, and internships in sports and educational settings. The program prepares graduates to work in diverse areas of health, fitness, and sports. Career opportunities include roles as physical education teachers, sports scientists, fitness trainers, athletic coaches, and wellness consultants in schools, sports academies, gyms, and health organizations.

Program Educational Objectives (PEO’s):

Program being offered to provide an opportunity to enhance the knowledge, skills and qualification in the field of sports sciences & Physical Education as well as to produce such a force of professionally qualified and skilled sports professionals which can meet market demands.

Eligibility

  • 4 Years: Candidates holding Intermediate certificate with at least 45% marks or A-Levels with equivalency certificate from IBCC Islamabad or an equivalent certificate from a recognized institution are eligible to apply.
  • 2 Years: Candidates holding Associate Degree in relevant discipline with at least 45% marks or 2.00 CGPA on the scale of 4.00 from a recognized institution are eligible to apply. The scheme from 5th till 8th Semester will be followed.
  • 2.5 Years: Candidates holding Bachelor degree (14 years of education) with at least 45% marks or 2.00 CGPA on the scale of 4.00 from a recognized institution are eligible to apply. After Bridge Semester, the scheme from 5th till 8th Semester will be followed.
  • Candidates will be required to pass an entry test or an aptitude interview conducted by the university.

Procedure to Apply In-Person

  • Visit the Admission Office located at the Main Campus in Peshawar.
  • Obtain the Admission Form from the Admission Office.
  • Carefully and accurately complete all sections of the Admission Form.
  • Attach all the required documents and submit the form at the Admission Office.

Procedure to Apply Online

  1. Visit the website: form.suit.edu.pk.
  2. Sign up on the Online Admission Portal by providing the required information.
  3. Sign in to your account using the credentials you created during sign-up.
  4. Browse through the available programs and select the one you wish to apply for.
  5. Fill in your personal details accurately.
  6. Provide all necessary educational information.
  7. Upload clear and readable copies of the required documents.
  8. Download and print the Admission Processing Fee Challan.
  9. Submit the fee at your nearest JS Bank Branch (branch details are available on the portal).
  10. Upload a copy of the paid fee receipt to the portal.
  11. Carefully preview all the entered information and documents.
  12. Submit your application once you are sure everything is correct.
