The Bachelor of Education (B.Ed) 2.5 Years program is designed for individuals who have already completed an old BA/BSc or Associate Degree (non-education) 14 years of education and wish to pursue a professional teaching qualification. This intensive program focuses on advanced teaching methodologies, educational leadership, classroom management, and assessment techniques. It also includes a strong component of teaching practice in real classroom settings. The B.Ed 2.5 Years program equips graduates with the skills and knowledge needed to become effective educators and academic leaders. Eligibility

Candidates having a Bachelor's degree or Associate Degree (Non-Education) with 2.00 CGPA on a scale of 4.00 in the semester system, or having a BA / BSc (14 years of qualification) with at least 45% marks in the Annual System from any recognized university / DAI, are eligible to apply.

Program Objectives and Program Outcomes

Program Objectives:

The B.Ed (2.5 years) program will enable the prospective teacher to:

Master learner-centered and activity-based teaching.
Replace traditional and obsolete teaching methodology with innovative instructional approaches.
Play an active role in enhancing the literacy rate in the country.
Compete and contribute meaningfully in the field of education.
Address societal problems through thoughts and practices.

Program Outcomes:

To utilize skills in the field of education, teaching and training.
To gain the ability to work in groups and different social setups.
To understand and utilize the basic knowledge of educational philosophy, educational psychology, management, curriculum and evaluation, along with research.
To bring into practice theoretical and conceptual knowledge.
To express thoughts and ideas through oral, written and modern means of communication.
