View center website →The Associate Degree in English is a two-year program that provides students with a strong foundation in English language, literature, and communication skills. The curriculum includes courses in grammar, composition, poetry, drama, prose, linguistics, and literary criticism. It also focuses on developing analytical thinking, creative writing, and effective oral and written communication. This program prepares students for further academic study or careers requiring strong language proficiency. Career opportunities include roles as teaching assistants, content writers, editors, communication officers, and support staff in educational institutions, publishing houses, media, and corporate sectors.
Candidates holding an Intermediate certificate with at least 45% marks, or A-Levels with an equivalency certificate from IBCC Islamabad, or an equivalent certificate from a recognized institution are eligible to apply.
Candidates need to pass an entry test or an aptitude interview conducted by the University.
