6th International Multidisciplinary Research Conference of Sarhad University of Science and Information Technology held on 2nd -- 4th November was hosted by Abdul Wali Khan University, Mardan.
It was an other milestone towards promoting socio economic development of Pakistan through research and innovation. Renowned researchers and scientists presented their research papers from not only across the country but scholars from foreign countries also presented their research work.
Prof.Dr. Salim ur Rehman in his address emphasized upon concerted efforts for promoting research culture so that developing nations may benefit from the advance knowledge and pave way for their socio economic development.
He assured that research outcomes will ultimately lead to discovery, innovation and inventions which is immediate need of both backward and developing countries for their poverty alleviation through accelerated economic growth.
